Welcome to Oaklawn Homeowners Association

The Oaklawn Homeowners Association establishes community regulations to provide services and amenities to residents and protect property values and community appearance.  As a homeowner or resident in Oaklawn, we agree to support these responsibilities so that everyone benefits and the value and aesthetics of the community are preserved.

This website exists to provide members with access to important information and governing documents.

Oaklawn at Leesburg Owner's Association  

Oaklawn at Leesburg Owner's Association (OALOA) is the master association at Oaklawn with responsibility for maintaining all common areas, including landscaping, irrigation, snow removal, trail, common area, and entry features, reserves for repair and replacement of improvements, and administrative responsibilities of the Association. Membership in OALOA is comprised of both residential property owners and commercial property owners at Oaklawn. Residential members are members of the Oaklawn HOA (established by Pulte Homes) as well as OALOA. Dues are paid quarterly. For residential members, the OALOA dues are invoiced and collected by the Oaklawn HOA. For commercial members, quarterly dues invoices are sent by Keane Management, LLC for direct payment.
